VIBOTAN Shipping Policy

At VIBOTAN, we work with professional fulfillment partners to pack and ship your order as efficiently as possible. This policy explains our processing times, shipping options, costs, and what to expect after you place an order.

Order Processing Time

All orders require 3 to 7 business days to prepare before they ship. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Options and Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery time starts after your order has shipped.

Standard Shipping

  • North America: 3 to 5 business days
  • Global: 5 to 14 business days
  • Australia and New Zealand: 7 to 22 business days

Expedited Shipping (when available at checkout)

  • North America: 2 to 5 business days
  • International: 4 to 12 business days

Please note that delivery estimates can change due to carrier delays, weather, peak season volume, remote locations, or customs processing.

Order Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Tracking may take up to 24 to 48 hours to show updates after the label is created.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local fees. These charges are determined by your country and are typically the customer’s responsibility.

Address Accuracy

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address, or because it was not claimed, reshipping may require an additional shipping fee.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received the package, please check with household members, neighbors, building reception, or the carrier first. If you still cannot locate it, contact us and we will help you investigate with the carrier.

Refund Policy

Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review product details carefully before purchasing.

Replacements or Refunds for Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is lost or stolen, we will offer either a replacement or a refund, based on the situation and the results of our review.

To qualify, you must contact us within the timeframes below:

  • Lost in transit: Contact us if tracking has not updated or the package has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe after the estimated delivery window.
  • Marked delivered but missing (possible theft): Contact us within 5 days of the delivery date shown in tracking.

We may ask for helpful information to process your claim, such as:

  • Confirmation of your shipping address
  • Any notes about delivery location access (building entry, gate code, safe place)
  • A signed statement confirming the package was not received
  • In some cases, a police report number or carrier claim reference

Once approved, we will issue a replacement shipment or a refund to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos. We will provide a replacement or a refund, as appropriate.
